Nice c.1900 checkerboard. Red and black with decorative painted corners. As seen in photo on the back is board and batten with nails around edges, gameboard most likely made from repurposed wood. Measures 16" x 15" x 3/4". Nice folk art look!

Red and black grain painted frame has area in upper left corner of wear and several areas on top portion of wear that someone at some point tried to spot paint over. Sweet 19th century New England pine stool. Refinished, early forged irregular and square nail construction with curved apron. Bootjack legs, with what appears to be a shelf, but is on a slant -so I imagine it is more of a brace. Measures 13" high, x 19" wide x 8" deep.

Wonderful late 18th/early 19th century forged iron lighting device, Desired size, can be used as floor standing or tabletop lighting device. Spring loaded adjustable height, with rush holder and candle font. Some rusting and pitting as expected for its age. Measures 30 1/2' tall, 13" wide.
