LATE 17TH CENTURY COLONIAL TAVERN PIPE ASH POT

Please note the green copper oxide slip. In the 17th century the Dutch were experimenting with various colors this green slip is a result of some of their experimentation. It is an excellent color and rare to find. Please note there is a very small hairline crack at the lip the handle I have photographed has a small chip and there is a chip at the bottom this is to be excused due to the age I believe. This is a very exciting 17th century colonial American used artifact. It comes from a very early and old New York estate in which I was able to buy a number of pieces of pottery from the 17th century some for my collection and some to be sold. I will be away next week for brimfield I will not be able to supply you with different photographs until next weekend. Please bear with me if you need more photographs and I will get them for you ASAP. Shipping for this will be $10 that will be tracked and insured. Thank you

Remarkably rare 17th - 18th century small flower p

This is a very rare Dutch 17th century flower pot to find. It was made to be a flower pot but if it had not been for the whole punched through the bottom before being fired it would have made an excellent late 17th century Dutch drinking mug slash cup it is glazed to prevent seepage 4 inches by 3 and 1/4 in high. It comes from a very nice collection that I purchased many pottery pieces from in New York state. In the Albany area.

Beautiful Bellarmine jug New York

This is a beautiful 9 in Bellarmine jug. Look at the photographs carefully as there is period usage damage. There are lip chips and a portion of the pouring handle that is missing/damaged. This however did not keep them from using it and what is better then a jug that was used probably in a Tavern on a daily basis. The age on the breakage is definitely of the period. This Bellarmine has a beautiful look and is of a very desirable size at 9 in in height it is wheel cut on the bottom for more photographs please ask if you need them and I will provide them. I purchased this in the state of New York. The shipping on this will be $12. It will be shipped UPS tracked and insured.

18ct Gold early 18th Century Personal Dental Tools

I have a remarkable late 17th century to early 18th century personal dental or hygiene tools. They are made of 18 karat gold. They measure individually at about 2 and 1/4 inches in length. I do not have an exact weight on these as they are not being sold as scrap but for their tremendous historical importance. I purchased this from a collection of a gentleman that passed away recently. These were found at the site in the 1960s of the 1733 wreck of the San Pedro. The history passed on to me is verbal. That does not change that these are very rare very historical implements made of gold obviously for a very important person of the period. Shipping for these will be free and insured. I realize the photographs are not great I am limited by a camera that had a difficult time with showing crisp detail. The items include an ear wax scoop, a toothpick and a tongue scraper. These were heavily relied upon and I in their simple way maintained the health of the person that owned them.

There is no doubt this is a beautiful dated 1791 George Washington silhouette it is in its original I believe bird's-eye maple frame I could be wrong about the wood though it is original to the hand painted silhouette. The frame measures about 8 and 1/2 x 8 1/2 in and the picture as shown is about four and a half by 4 and 1/2 inches. It has the original backing on the frame.
